The name Pataguacamole comes from combining the words Patacón​(fried plantains) and Guacamole.​ Pataguacamole combines some of Colombia’s best tasting ingredients into one harmonious dish.  It is pulled beef that’s been stir-fried with peppers, onions, and spices served on a bed of fresh guacamole and fried plantains, topped with cilantro.
