Serving Colombian Food with love for more than 40 years, Café Las Américas’ recipes and culinary techniques are passed down from generation to generation.

A strength of Café Las Américas is that we listen to our customers opinions. That is why we have created two exotic dishes: Nacho Montañero and Pataguacamole.

We want our clients to dine in a nice and quiet atmosphere while enjoying a meal from our carefully selected menu. Delightful dishes and a cozy ambiance.
25 years ago, Café Las América opened its doors at Jane & Wilson in Toronto. We’ve since moved to 2260 Keele St, North York, Ontario where we currently reside. We still serve up the classics Colombian food we became known for, but have expanded our menu to ensure everyone can find a dish they’ll love. If you’d like to learn more about the foods we serve and their histories, check out our menu.

Pataguacamole says Café Las América as much as it does Colombia. This unique dish was created in-house at Café Las América.

The name Pataguacamole comes from combining the words Patacón(fried plantains) and Guacamole. Pataguacamole combines some of Colombia’s best tasting ingredients into one harmonious dish. It is pulled beef that’s been stir-fried with peppers, onions, and spices served on a bed of fresh guacamole and fried plantains, topped with cilantro.
Pataguacamole is an original creation that’s exploding in flavour and won’t leave you disappointed. If you want to try something that’s as authentically Café Las América as it is Colombian, this should be top of your list.

We have been a part of the community for 40+ years, bringing true Colombian Food taste to the Greater Toronto Area. We’d love you to be a part of our next chapter. Please come on by and see what has customers returning decade after decade.
